NDPR & NDPA Compliant
We operate in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). Our clients act as Data Controllers; Propertion acts as the Data Processor. All personal and financial data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

Account Data
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and corporate registration details of real estate developers, property managers, landlords, and authorized staff.

Information regarding real estate assets, structural units, lease agreements, tenant logs, and occupancy metrics entered into the platform.

Payment Security Note. We do not directly store bank account PINs or full credit card numbers. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party gateways.

We retain personal and transactional data only for as long as your corporate account is active or as required to fulfill the business and legal purposes for which it was collected.
Active Accounts
Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and remains fully accessible to you throughout that period.
Terminated Accounts
Upon termination or expiration of your subscription, all property, tenant, and financial records will be securely archived for a grace period of 90 days, after which the data is permanently deleted or anonymized from our active production servers โ subject to any statutory financial record-keeping laws in Nigeria.
In accordance with the NDPR, users and data subjects โ including your authorized staff and tenants โ hold the following rights regarding their information:
Access & Rectification
Request a copy of your stored personal data and update any inaccurate information at any time.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your data, provided it does not conflict with active financial or lease contracts or legal obligations.
Restriction of Processing
Limit how your data is processed in the context of specific disputes or concerns.
Data Portability
Export your property and financial ledgers in a structured, machine-readable format such as CSV or JSON.
72-Hour Notification Commitment. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected account holders and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, in full accordance with NDPR requirements.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify primary account holders via in-app dashboard notifications and direct email alerts at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and arbitration bodies of Nigeria.
